Greetings from Post Cursillo Having been very involved with Cursillo since I did W76 Cursillo in 2016 at Glendalough, Post Cursillo Coordinator is a good fit for me and it will work well with the Cursillo Treasurer role that I have held since 2020. It was a blessing to be commissioned for the role of Post Cursillo Coordinator by Reverend Pauline at Moreton Deanery Ultreya on 9th May - Waterloo Bay Parish is one of the parishes of the Moreton Deanery. Those of you who know me from my time as #83 Lay Director last year will know my rooster friend, Deago, who was mascot for the #83 Team and weekend. And for those who don’t know Deago, you will be able to meet him as he likes to attend Ultreyas with me. Fittingly, Deago’s clothes were lovingly made from old Cursillo money collection bags by our previous OWLE editor, Gay Clark. What else would a Treasurer want to do with old money collection bags when new money collection bags were made by our DLD Marg Carr???
