Pilgrimage to Mitchell, Queensland
On the 4th to the 7th May 2018, over
70 "Cursillista Pilgrims" embarked on a
4 day bus trip to Mitchell, in Western Queensland.
En route we enjoyed the hospitality of the Parishes
of Toowoomba West, Chinchilla, Roma & Mitchell
and on the return journey, Dalby
The purpose of the journey was to open our eyes
to the effects of the massive drought in
Western Queensland as well as how the cutbacks
in the mining industry have affected Chinchilla.
The camaraderie of the trip will live in the
lives of those who attended, forever.
