The key responsibilities of the Pre Cursillo are to the review applications made by individuals to attend the Cursillo Three Days in the Brisbane Diocese and processing those applications. This involves the issuing of an invitation to applicants to attend Cursillos and then having completed the application process assist in collection of application fees and then coordinate with the various Lay Directors in relation to finalising both team and candidate lists.
It is then necessary to pass on to the Database Coordinator details in relation to applicants who have attended Cursillos.
